A community-focused human services organization in Medford, Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Specialist I to join the Adult Community Clinical Service team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based interventions and support to adults facing severe mental health challenges. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work and experience with adult mental health clients. Working hours are part-time, totaling 32 hours a week with a competitive hourly rate of $20.50. This position emphasizes culturally competent care and client rehabilitation.
