Job Title: Behavior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the implementation of behavior change strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers to ensure consistency in applying behavioral techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis to ensure practices remain current and effective.
