Qualifications

• Oversee creation and implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans aligned with best practices.
• Assist in behavioral assessments and intake evaluations to choose effective interventions.
• Ensure accurate data collection, entry, and analysis for intervention effectiveness.
• Conduct in-service training on behavioral interventions, ABA, and crisis prevention.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver cohesive behavioral support across teams.
• Participate in IEPs and clinical team discussions and assign cases to Behavior Specialists.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of Behavior Specialists and ongoing staff development.
• Provide on-call behavioral support outside standard hours as needed.
