Job summary

Crystal Springs Inc. in Assonet, Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Specialist I to support children under the supervision of a BCBA and Coordinator. You will deliver individualized behavioral interventions and help clients acquire new skills.

This full-time role starts immediately and offers ongoing supervision, professional development, and a mission-driven team. You will monitor progress, foster a safe environment, and act as an ambassador for Crystal Springs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support in home, school, community, and clinic settings.
• Implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) as developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Observe and collect detailed data on individual behavior and treatment outcomes.
• Assist in developing behavioral interventions and reinforcement protocols.
• Monitor documentation and provide timely feedback and support to staff.
• Model skill-building strategies and positive behavior supports for staff.
• Train staff on ABA strategies and intervention techniques.
• Participate in community outings and on-campus activities to generalize skills.
• Participate in supervision, and ongoing training to ensure fidelity and professional development.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all clients.
• Functions as an ambassador and liaison for Crystal Springs, Inc.
• Contributes to organization success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results.
