Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Experience in special education settings is a plus.
• Ability to implement behavior plans under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct implementation of treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Assist in delivering behavior-analytic services under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with team to determine modifications and accommodations for students.
• Collect data on skills and behaviors daily.
• Implement and oversee student behavior plans.
• Differentiate instruction within MTSS framework.
• Communicate progress with students, families and staff.
