Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or BCBA certification required.
• Experience with assessment techniques and working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to travel to and work onsite at assigned programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and interventions for residential and day programs.
• Develop behavior support plans and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate with residential/day habilitative teams on mental health needs.
• Maintain clinical records according to OPWDD and Birch policy.
• Lead clinical discussions and training in BIS meetings and related committees.
