Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage daily unit flow.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing inpatient unit.
• Communicate with staff, families and departments clearly and promptly.
• Handle incoming calls and e-fax communications.
• Collect intake information and patient records.
• Review referrals and verify information.
• Assist with data collection and compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and interdepartmental rapport.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
