Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in addiction or mental health preferred.
• Ability to cover multiple shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, answer nursing station calls, and relay messages.
• Process and maintain patient charts from admission to discharge.
• Assist with patient transfer, discharge planning, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the Patient Access Department for admissions.
• Maintain census, diet orders, and other required records.
• Escort patients to appointments and ensure program adherence.
