Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a proactive Behavioral Health Technician Lead to supervise trainee onboarding, support treatment plans, and ensure smooth transportation to appointments. You will coordinate training materials, monitor attendance, implement competency evaluations, and work with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.

Shift is 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday, with weekend coverage as needed; compensation is $16/hour before shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.
• Experience coordinating trainings and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client monitoring and support treatment plans.
• Lead onboarding trainings for Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Coordinate enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain trainee records and training materials database.
• Conduct competency evaluations and measure training efficacy.
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in performance improvements.

Summary

We are seeking a proactive Behavioral Health Technician Lead to oversee client monitoring, facilitate interventions, and support treatment plans while ensuring smooth transportation to appointments.

Pay

$16/hr before shift differentials

Shift

7:00am - 3:00pm - Monday - Friday - weekend coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
• Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed.
• Test and review onboarding and training materials.
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
• Remain informed on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions.
• Participate in work groups and engage in performance improvement of our organization.
• Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
