Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide counseling to individuals, families, couples or groups within our community. Candidates must reside in the NorthLakes service area and hold relevant licensure or be in-training, with salary starting at $68,511 per year for a 1.0 FTE position.

In this role you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, document in the EMR, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a Master degree in counseling required.
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or In-Training licenses (LPC-IT, LMFT-IT, APSW) required in Wisconsin.
• Experience with behavioral health services and state guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel individuals, families, couples or groups to address psychological or emotional problems.
• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions and document visits in the EMR promptly.
• Consult with medical staff to coordinate care and referrals.
• Perform telehealth sessions when indicated by patient needs and state guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and ensure PPE/infection control protocols.
