Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Licensed Clinical Professional to provide outpatient therapy, clinical assessments, and family sessions. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with mental health and substance use needs in North Carolina.

The role requires active licensure, experience with co-occurring disorders, and the ability to coordinate care with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC-A, LCMHC or LMFT) issued by the governing board.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and community-based care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Coordinate and monitor services per Person Centered Plan.
• Provide clinical assessments and therapy.
• Engage with psychiatry and community supports.
• Maintain timely PCP implementation.
