The role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), and at least five years of clinical or leadership experience.

  • Current Indiana state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily program operations, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Participate in establishing and monitoring program outcomes.
  • Provide clinical assessments, individual and group psychotherapy within the Intensive Outpatient Program and other services.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to support patient care.
  • Complete required reports and documentation to maintain accreditation standards.
  • Ensure all services meet applicable quality and safety standards.
  • Provide guidance, support, and resources to clinical staff to ensure standards are met.

Responsible for establishing program outcomes, evaluating procedures, and modifying policies to improve service delivery. Provides clinical assessments, individual and group psychotherapy within the Intensive Outpatient Program and other assigned services. Coordinates multidisciplinary treatment planning, ensures appropriate discharge processes, and collaborates with community agencies.
