Job summary

IU Health's Riley Hospital is seeking a Team Lead – Behavioral Health Therapist to oversee daily operations in the Intensive Outpatient Program and related services, providing clinical assessments and psychotherapy while coordinating multidisciplinary planning.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC), and at least five years of clinical or leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited school.
• Current Indiana state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Participate in establishing and monitoring program outcomes.
• Provide clinical assessments, individual and group psychotherapy within the Intensive Outpatient Program and other services.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to support patient care.
• Complete required reports and documentation to maintain accreditation standards.
• Ensure all services meet applicable quality and safety standards.
• Provide guidance, support, and resources to clinical staff to ensure standards are met.
