Responsibilities

Oversee daily program operations, ensuring quality and compliance.
Participate in establishing and monitoring program outcomes.
Evaluate procedures and modify policies for continuous improvement.
Provide clinical assessments and both individual and group psychotherapy within the Intensive Outpatient Program and other services.
Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings and discharge planning.
Collaborate with community agencies to support patient care.
Complete required reports to maintain accreditation standards.
Ensure all services meet quality and safety standards.
Provide guidance and resources to clinical staff to maintain standards.
