Job summary

AOC Outreach Services is seeking compassionate LPC-A and LMSW therapists to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Texas. The role involves delivering individual, family, and child therapy in office and in-home settings, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and play therapy.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, and will collaborate with parents and schools while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current LPC-Associate/LPC-A license in the applicable state; eligible for supervision toward independent licensure.
• MSW with LMSW license in the applicable state; clinical supervision toward licensure may be provided.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, or behavioral health populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and child therapy in outpatient and in-home settings.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate play therapy and therapeutic activities for children.
• Use CBT and other evidence-based interventions to address emotional and mental health concerns.
• Provide family therapy to improve communication, relationships, parenting skills, and family functioning.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, physicians, and other treatment team members as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and staff meetings.
