Job summary

AOC Outreach Services is seeking compassionate therapists for outpatient behavioral health services, delivering individual, family, and child therapy in both office and in-home settings.

Ideal candidates hold an LPC-A or LMSW with supervision toward licensure, and have experience with children, adolescents, families, and behavioral health topics. The role involves play therapy, CBT, trauma-informed approaches, and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current LPC-Associate/LPC-A license in the applicable state.
• Must be eligible for and/or actively receiving clinical supervision toward independent licensure, as required by state regulations.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or behavioral health populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or child therapy in outpatient and in-home settings.
• Provide developmentally appropriate play therapy and therapeutic activities for children.
• Utilize CBT and other evidence-based interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.
• Provide family therapy focused on communication, relationships, parenting skills, and family functioning.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor client progress.
• Provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered services.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, physicians, case managers, and other members of the client's treatment team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
