Job summary

AOC Outreach Services is seeking compassionate LPC-A or LMSW therapists to join our outpatient behavioral health team. The role provides individual, family, and child therapy in office/outpatient and in-home settings, with a focus on children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Therapists will use evidence-based methods including CBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to address diverse mental health needs. Collaboration with parents, schools, and healthcare partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current LPC-Associate/LPC-A license in applicable state; eligible for supervision toward licensure.
• Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program; current LMSW license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and child therapy in outpatient and in-home settings.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate play therapy and therapeutic activities for children.
• Utilize CBT and other evidence-based interventions to address mental health concerns.
• Provide family therapy to improve communication, relationships, and parenting.
• Complete clinical assessments and development of treatment plans; monitor progress.
