Job summary

BayCare Behavioral Health at Countryside is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist-IOP to join our compassionate outpatient team. The therapist provides individual, group and family counseling, conducts clinical impressions, and participates in crisis services as needed.

This full‑time role requires LMFT/LMHC/LCSW licensure, a Master’s degree in a related field, BLS, and a willingness to travel to sites as program requires.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• 2 years of counseling, mental health, substance abuse, children's services or psychology.
• Licensure: LMFT/LMHC/LCSW or equivalent.
• BLS certification.
• Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through individual, group and family counseling.
• Providing clinical impression and assessment.

The Behavioral Health Therapist II-Outpatient is responsible for:

• Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
• Providing clinical impression and assessment.
• Performing crisis support and services as needed.
• Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
• Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
• Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• IOP Program

Required Certification/License:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Driver's License - program specific
• LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required

Required Education:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Related Field

Required Experience:

• 2 Years - Counseling, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Children's Services or Psychology
