Behavioral Health Therapist II - CCP Butler

Join us at UPMC as a Behavioral Health Therapist II - CCP Butler.

Position: Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist II supporting UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics in Butler.

Benefits: Sign-on bonus available.

Purpose

To be part of a collaborative care team providing behavioral health assessments and treatment to patients with behavioral health diagnoses, including outpatient and equivalent services.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Conduct assessments, document clinical decisions, and adapt treatment models.
  • Assess and incorporate changing patient needs into treatment plans across various programs.
  • Review and update treatment plans regularly.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field.
  • Two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation, assessment process, and DSM application.
Licensure and Certifications
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73 clearances.
