Qualificações

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
• NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred and required to start work.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform diagnostic interviews for behavioral health and SUD clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, client progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances and goals.
• Participate in regular care conferences and case reviews; attend supervision as required.

Formação académica

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
