Westchester Medical Center Health Network seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to conduct clinical assessments and deliver treatment in individual and group formats for patients within the Ally Care Center, SAAVE program, and Gynecology family planning services. The role may include support aboard the Mobile Medical Unit and enhancing engagement with this population.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Valid license and current registration as an LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or related NYS credential.
• 3–5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting (preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish; other languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients for mental disorders and develop multi-axial diagnoses.
• Deliver recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation to individuals and groups.
• Serve as primary therapist to assigned patients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with families and community resources to support treatment.
• Document screenings, evaluation and treatment activity; maintain required documentation.
