We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will provide clinical services such as needs assessments, case management, and resource coordination for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy across various age groups.
• Conduct psychosocial intake interviews and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide case management, including linking clients to services, resource development, and advocacy.
• Engage with clients to ensure tailored care that meets their needs.

Minimum Requirements:
