Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• Limited license in Michigan in good standing; CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year experience with clients with primary mental health diagnosis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, individual, and family therapy sessions as per clinical program schedule.
• Completes session notes, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports per state and payor guidelines.
• Maintains documentation reflecting ongoing client assessments and behaviors.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission to discharge.
• Attends meetings and serves as a clinical advocate for assigned cases.
