Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated In-School Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth within Sto Rox School District. This full-time, school-year position follows a 200-day calendar with professional development days and potential licensure support in Pennsylvania.

You will collaborate with school staff and families, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and stay current with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field.
• 2–3 years of experience with children, youth, or families (preferred).
• Active PA license (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or pursuing licensure in PA.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid PA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass credentialing requirements including physical exam and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in school and community activities as needed.
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.

This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 200 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.
