Qualifications

Position Overview

Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting. This full-time role follows a school-based calendar with 220 workdays annually, including professional development and training days. Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in school and community activities as needed.
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
• Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
