Job summary

Adelphoi Education seeks an In-School Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth within the Sto Rox School District. This full-time, salaried role follows a 200-workday school calendar with professional development days and licensure support in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with school staff and stakeholders to ensure quality care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field required.
• 2–3 years of experience with children, youth, or families preferred.
• Active PA license (LSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or in process to obtain.
• Minimum age 21; valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in school and community activities as needed.
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
• Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.
