Job summary

Adelphoi Education is seeking a dedicated In-School Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to youth in an educational setting within the Sto Rox School District.

Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field and be pursuing or possess PA licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT); a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services field.
• 2–3 years of experience with children, youth, or families (preferred).
• Active PA license pursuit or holding (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Minimum age 21 and valid PA driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass credentialing including physical exam and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in school and community activities as needed.
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties.
• Comply with Adelphoi Education policies and regulatory guidelines.

Adelphoi supports candidates in obtaining Pennsylvania licensure.
