Job summary

Compass Health Network in Cuba, MO, is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join a collaborative Therapy team. This full-time, benefit-eligible role offers Monday through Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with a focus on evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy and integrated care.

Licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians will work within an integrated care setting, under supportive supervision, with opportunities for professional growth, burnout prevention, and work-life balance across

Qualifications

• DSM-5 knowledge required
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
• Missouri license (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/PMFT) is required or eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients per clinical need and licensure
• Assess readiness for services, develop treatment plans, document progress per guidelines
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate on integrated care
• Use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Refer clients to internal/external resources as needed
• Engage in ongoing clinical training and supervision opportunities
• Maintain compliance with agency/state/federal documentation standards
• Work Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in staff huddles, team supervision, and case consults
• Work Monday through Friday—no weekends or holidays required

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of DSM-5 required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT or PMFT license in Missouri required
