Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for all shifts at our Prince Frederick location in Maryland. Join a nationwide network delivering detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services in a warm, recovery-focused environment.

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams, engage clients, monitor safety, and handle administrative duties to ensure smooth shift operation. If you are compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to recovery, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license is preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and elevate critical communications/incidents promptly.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and elevate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety required
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
• Dignified character that models recovery principles
