Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick, MD, is seeking compassionate staff to support day-to-day operations for medical and clinical teams, including admissions, transportation, meals, and supervision. You will engage clients, foster a warm recovery environment, and help maintain safety and order across shifts.

This role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and a dignified approach aligned with recovery principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and accelerate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
