Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN, is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts at our detox and residential facility. You will oversee daily operations, support the BHT team, and maintain a caring recovery environment for clients.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; CPR certification is preferred. A valid driver’s license and strong interpersonal skills are also important for this role.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transport, meals, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all policies and procedures.

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for All Shifts at our Detox and Residential treatment facility in South Bend, IN.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
