Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick, MD is hiring for a role supporting on-site operations across admissions, transportation, meals, and supervision within a 93-bed residential facility. You will engage clients, maintain a safe environment, and ensure policy adherence while supporting clinical teams.

The position emphasizes compassionate client interaction, teamwork with clinicians, and dependable administrative duties to help sustain high-quality care in a rehab setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and escalate any critical communications/incidents promptly.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
• Oversee all BHTs on shifts and provide training and support.

What You'll Do
