We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. provides treatment for adults and teens suffering from addiction or substance abuse, as well as individuals with mental health disorders. Founded in 1999, Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. has extended to locations in western, central, and eastern Pennsylvania, allowing us to provide comprehensive care across the entire state to people with behavioral health issues. Our program offerings include detoxification, inpatient treatment, methadone and Suboxone maintenance therapy, outpatient treatment and halfway and transitional housing. We focus on supplying a safe, supportive environment at all of our rehabilitation center, where individuals learn and practice recovery and coping skills.

Shift available- 2nd Shift (3p - 11p)

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected

Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides feedback on their performance.

Assists with Interviewing and Hiring BHT’s.

Assists with employee disciplinary actions.

Develops employee schedule.

Assists with interventions with clients.

Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients.

Attends facility meetings and coordinates BHT department meetings.

Assign, monitor, and complete all required trainings for self and third shift BHTs.

Other duties as assigned

Technical Competencies: Capable of role modeling to the clients and BHT’s. Helps to maintain a strong clinical program. Able to work together with staff to effectively meet the needs of the clients. Maintains positive relationship with clients and staff. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Strong skills in D&A and mental health treatment. A working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing and CARF regulations.

Education, Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Drug And Alcohol/Mental Health Experience Preferred

Valid Driver’s License required
