Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to deliver IBHS services in Pittsburgh, PA. The role requires a bachelor's-level credential and relevant certifications (BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT).

You will work within CSBBH teams across school, home and community settings, providing family-inclusive interventions as part of a comprehensive program. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, collaboration with care teams, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Education/Credentials include BCaBA, RBT, BCAT or an equivalent approved certification.
• A high school diploma with a 40-hour RBT training is acceptable with evidence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services preferred.
• State Police, FBI, and child abuse clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IBHS services across home, school and community settings per the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with professionals and family members to deliver interventions.
• Engage in crisis intervention and remain within program guidelines.
• Maintain documentation, scheduling, and timely reporting to supervisors.
• Participate in supervision, training and ongoing professional development.
• Support 24-7 crisis coverage as assigned.
