Job summary

Pressley Ridge is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (Bachelor's degree required) to deliver IBHS services under the CSBBH model in Pittsburgh, PA. The technician will work with school, home, and community settings, following the treatment plan and providing individual and group support during school terms and breaks.

The role requires certification options (BCaBA, RBT, BCAT) or an equivalent credential, a valid driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Requires one of: BCaBA, RBT, BCAT, or an accredited behavior health certification.
• High school diploma with 40-hour RBT training acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health services experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides IBHS services across home, school, and community per the treatment plan.
• Assists in crisis intervention and supports caregivers.
• Maintains professional boundaries and coordinates with treatment team.
• Completes paperwork timely and adheres to supervision recommendations.
• Participates in supervision and ongoing professional development.
