Mercy Behavioral Health Services in Festus, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (PRN) to assist in patient care under RN supervision. The role supports clinical and non-clinical tasks within a structured, therapeutic environment designed to address psychiatric illness and substance use disorders.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED; CNA/CPCT enrollment or equivalent healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CNA/CPCT or student in healthcare program.
• BLS certification due within 1 month; complete PCT competencies within 3 months.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds; standing/walking on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the registered nurse, assist in individualized patient care toward optimal physical and mental wellness.
• Assist in unit operational support tasks and duties as needed.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks in line with Mercy Service Standards.
