Mercy Behavioral Health Services in Festus, MO is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (PRN) to assist in patient care under RN supervision. The role supports clinical and non-clinical tasks within a structured, therapeutic environment designed to address psychiatric illness and substance use disorders.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED; CNA/CPCT enrollment or equivalent healthcare exposure.
Under the supervision of the registered nurse, assist in the individualized care of the patient directed toward achieving the patients highest level of physical and mental wellness. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to nursing care. Assists in unit operational support tasks or duties. Performs duties and responsibilities in manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
