Position

Part‑time Behavioral Health Technician for the 2026-2027 school year in IBHS Programs with summer hours available.

Schedule

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (flexible), 10-28 hours per week.

Compensation
  • $16.83/hour with HS Diploma
  • $17.96/hour with BA Degree
Responsibilities
  • Foster a therapeutic relationship with clients, supporting their needs and addressing their goals in home, school, and community settings.
  • Implement ABA interventions best matched to the individual to help them achieve the goals delineated in their treatment plan.
  • Collect behavioral data as directed by an ABA clinician to assist in the client's development of necessary skills.
  • Provide behavior management and support, including prevention and de-escalation, to improve the client's behavioral functioning.
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings to ensure treatment strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Document client service delivery consistently in a complete and timely manner.
  • Participate in mandatory training and competency assessments to ensure quality of care.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least one year of professional experience providing behavioral health services or related work with children.
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field preferred (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education).
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional on-the-job training required.
  • Understanding of behavior modification theory and implementation of interventions is a plus.
  • 40-hour RBT Training before or upon hire required.
