As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/RBT), you'll be on the front line, implementing plans in homes, schools, and the community, by working one-on-one with clients. You will truly be the heart and soul of turning treatment plans into real-life progress.

On-the-Job Duties:

• Implement personalized ABA interventions, turning plans into progress and creating lasting change.
• Dive into the details, collecting and analyzing behavior data to guide our clients to success.
• Be the friendly face providing one-on-one support in homes, schools, and communities, making every interaction a chance for growth.
• Collaborate with an energetic and supportive professional community, where ideas are valued, and everyone plays a part in our shared success.

Your Toolkit:

• Attitude – Genuine care for others and a willingness to learn and adapt to different situations. Bring your enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive impact!
• Background – Previous experience working with children or adults with special needs is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidates!
• Credentials – RBT certification highly preferred, or if you are pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
