ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC is hiring a Behavioral Technician (BT) in Horsham, PA. Schedule: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM; Sat 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Starting rate: $22.25 per hour, final compensation varies by experience and education. Paid 40-hour training and pathways to RBT certification provided.

What You'll Do

Direct Client Support

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training

Collaborate & Communicate

Support Operations

• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT):Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days(up to 3 weeks total)
