Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is hiring Overnight Shift Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs). Join a nationwide network of addiction treatment programs dedicated to quality care and recovery.

As a BHT, you will manage daily residential operations, support the team, supervise clients, and help maintain a warm, safe recovery environment while ensuring compliance with center policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What You'll Do

• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
