Job summary

The Recovery Village Raytown, MO facility is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to observe and monitor patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The role involves de-escalation, adherence to schedules, and clear clinical documentation, with emphasis on professional boundaries and teamwork with the leadership team.

Starting wage is $17 per hour with a $2.00 night differential, plus benefits beginning after the first month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's degree and minimum one year experience in BHT or similar patient care role preferred.
• In lieu of Associate degree, minimum two years’ experience in BHT or similar patient care role required.
• Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report duties as indicated.
• Assist patients in a variety of patient activities and maintain a safe environment.
• Enforce facility program rules and communicate behavior to supervisors and clinical team.
• Ensure documentation is timely, clear, accurate and legible.

Education
