Pyramid Healthcare in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician Manager to lead our BHT team across the facility. You will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, and coordinate care in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior clinical or supervisory experience, and CPR/First Aid certification. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BHT scheduling and cross-facility coverage to minimize training and overtime costs.
• Provide feedback and role modeling for BHT staff.
• Organize BHT teams to ensure staff training and knowledgeable about their job functions.
• Advise clinical staff on clients’ goals and progress.
• Complete required training and ensure all BHTs fulfill their training obligations.
• Monitor BHT staff engagement and provide direct supervision to the BHT department.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules and programming for BHTs.
• Collaborate with team members to create programming for the BHT department.
• Communicate with staff through verbal and written communication logs.
• Assist in training new staff members and intervening with clients in crisis using the least restrictive procedures.
• Monitor department documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate transportation needs throughout the facility.
• Attend treatment team meetings, shift changes, and company meetings as required.
• Develop orientation, curriculum, and training programs (new and ongoing).
• Evaluate training needs, department performance, and system changes.
• Manage the confiscation and inventory of client items.
• Assist HR with recruitment and interviewing of new BHTs.
• Involve in the disciplinary action process for BHTs and BHT Supervisors.
• Conduct performance evaluations for the department.
• Complete required training and mandatory training hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide training and day-to-day guidance to the BHT team, making daily rounds of the facility.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians, BHT Leads, and BHT Supervisors.

LICENSURE, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required.
