Job summary

Attain Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide direct care and support in clinical and sober living settings in Cleveland/Cleveland-area locales. The role includes transporting clients, implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, CDCA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Experience in behavioral health and the ability to lift and assist clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to clients in clinical and sober living settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, medication management, and routine tasks.
• Transport clients to and from the facility, appointments, and activities.
• Document progress, incidents, and treatment notes; maintain client records.
• Respond to crises and de-escalate as directed by supervisors.
• Adhere to policies, participate in training, and support team coordination.
