Copa Health Inc. is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support individuals in community and housing-based programs in Arizona.

You will promote safety, wellness, and recovery through daily support, skill-building, and active treatment aligned to each person’s treatment plan. This hands-on role involves monitoring, coaching, and assisting with daily living skills, medication support, documentation, and transportation to activities.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required; 2–3 years behavioral health experience preferred
• Associate degree plus 1–2 years behavioral health experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year behavioral health experience
• Experience working with multicultural and low socio-economic populations
• Must be at least 21 years old

Aufgaben

• Provide consistent monitoring and support to ensure member safety and well-being
• Assist, teach, coach, and mentor members in daily living skills (hygiene, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, community resources)
• Support members with self-administration of medication and maintain records
• Safely transport members to appointments and community activities
• Help plan meals and prepare well-balanced menus meeting dietary needs
• Document clinical services accurately and on time in member records
• Maintain required billable hours and performance standards
• Report incidents and follow required procedures
