Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 5+ years in the Mental Health and/or Drug and Alcohol field.
• Experience in a team-based, community-based treatment setting preferred.
• Active participation as a member of a treatment team; preferably in community-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to individuals with acute behavioral health challenges.
• Guide individuals in self-care skills and activities of daily living.
• Assist with scheduling and keeping appointments.
• Observe behaviors, attitudes, and living environments; report to the treatment team.
• Encourage cooperation with the treatment program and provide reassurance and support.
• Assist with connecting individuals/families to identified community resources.
