Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient center. You will monitor patient responses, maintain records, and support scheduling and billing processes.

Full-time role, Monday–Friday, with hours between 7am and 7pm, travel to area centers as needed and reliable transportation required. Training provided to certify in TMS and esketamine therapies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification.
• Significant experience in fast-paced patient or customer care roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred; healthcare internship is a plus.

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between our operating hours of 7am-7pm.

Your Role

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Location: This position primarily covers our Winston-Salem center but the ability to travel to any of the area centers on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).

Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
