Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-centered technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our Dearborn outpatient centers. You will administer treatments, monitor responses, and keep precise records while fostering a compassionate patient experience.

Full-time role, Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts 7am-7pm, with training provided and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least one year healthcare work or internship experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent clinical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses.
• Maintain empathetic care, accurate EHR, and manage scheduling/check-in/check-out.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We’re seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. _ Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. _

Your Role:

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience.
• Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
