Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Dearborn, MI is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient settings. This full-time role offers training, growth, and the chance to directly impact patient lives.

You will monitor treatments, maintain accurate EHRs, and coordinate scheduling while collaborating with a compassionate team. Qualified candidates have healthcare experience and a clinical certification; BLS provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related Human Services field; and about one year of healthcare work or internship.
• Associate degree or equivalent clinical certification plus relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems; AdvancedMD/Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patient responses, record scales, and address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures to support patient flow.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operational efficiency.

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm.

Your Role:

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, PLUS significant relevant work experience.
• Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.
