Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Reston, VA, is seeking a full-time Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient clinic. The role requires Monday–Friday shifts with some variation between 7am–7pm, and on-site availability.

You will monitor patient responses, record assessments, maintain EHRs, assist with scheduling and billing, and participate in training to obtain TMS and esketamine certifications.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, with significant relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods. BLS certification (provided).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses; record psychiatric rating scales; address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Maintain empathetic care; keep EHR accurate; manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Location: On-site in Reston; provide backup coverage at regional centers as needed.

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

Your Role:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.

  • Location: On-site in our Reston clinic. Availability to provide back up coverage in other regional centers as needed is preferred.
What We're Looking For:
